u mean as in cellphone contract upgrade? that shouldnt take more than 20 minutes till u walk out the shop wif ur phone in ur hand?

SHAME -- you have just rained on that poor guys parade... MAYBE his phone had to get sent half way round AFRICA
& THAT is why he was so excited.
Don't knock his customer expectations without knowing the WHOLE story.

lol, i applied for upgrade from work - i had no time to goto the shop due to various things and ad hocs i had to preform yesterday and today. So i had them delivered it to my work address which was next day and allot faster from what i expected.
all in all, i was impressed with over-the-internet upgrade and well thats it
