So I actually read the bill and the "first phase" of ****ing around is till 2026 at least. Then by 2028 they will start funding it. So it's at least 4-5 years away minimum.

Just enough time to make it someone elses problem after the 2029 elections.
 
The ANC is so desperate to hold onto power that this will not be the last piece of madness that is pushed through.
