Possibly because they (the Jews) have an unbelievable work ethic & have the highest average IQ in the world (well the Ashkenazi Jews anyway). They do not accept failure lightly and have good support structures in place to help fellow (struggling) Jews.

It's something to do with the way their noses are shaped. They provide space for extra bits of brain. Of course, this is tempered by their small eyes, which makes them parochial and unwilling to trust other people.
