Hey guys.

Not assosciated with NimbleTV at all, just want to give you guys info.
I can remember somebody mentioning NimbleTV sometime last year.

Just want to let you know that it's semi launched, and you should be able to get a invite to join, instead of signing up, and waiting for the invite for days on end by emailing [email protected].

They set you up with a USA satellite package, from Dish Network. I think atm it's coming out of NYC.
I just got the welcome package from Dish Network, but I do intend on upgrading my package in the near future.

I have about 50 or so channels, most of them NY local. The usual FOX, NBC etc.

My Package costs me US$29.99pm, and like I mentioned earlier, I get about 50 or so channels.

Hope you guys take out a package, and post your thoughts, might also want to add that you need a fast connection for it to work. I have a ADSL2+ connection, and even the highest quality stream buffers frequenntly.

Take a look
Let us know what you think.

Link, website? Need more info.

Um... nimbleTV.com ? :P

Looks interesting. I just wonder how long it will take before the cable companies decide to take legal action against them, although for the moment, it seems to be okay. I wonder if it would be possible to setup a local proxy to improve streaming quality.

link is http://www.nimbletv.com.

It's a site, which sorts you out with a "Legitimate" USA Satellite TV subscription, and 20 hrs free recording time. and I believe they'll be launching it in other countries too.

There are various packages to choose from.

You'll be unable to register, so if you email them [email protected] I think they should be able to send you a invite for a launch subscription.

Normally the typical American k@k, but there might be a more expensive package which has the rugby stuff.

My package doesn't have any sports content. That's what we have a HD Sky NZ subscription for.

I know the higher packages have Setana Sports, and ESPN. So many channels on USA TV, I'm sure there there will be a channel covering Rugby, and cricket.
