Yah but I like a game to at least have some story to follow. God of War set an entirely new bar for these kinda games and has the correct mixture of story and brutality. I'd expect half baked storylines from FPS's and not action adventures.

Personal preference I guess. I loved the first two God of War games and their inclusion of a brilliant story and puzzle solving elements, but if its pretty clear that NG was never meant to compete with God of War as its not the same kinda game at all.

I didnt like the 2nd GOW again, it was more of same for me!
The first one was great, new and original, still keeping the gore and brutality high with a great story line the 2nd was nothing but a rehash of the first.

I dont think that the game should have had a sequal!
