Gamevice is suing Nintendo for allegedly infringing the patents used in its Android gaming tablet the Wikipad, and its add-on controllers for phones and tablets, Engadget reported.

They did have a product. There are similarities with the Switch.

However, the Switch also had some very clear predecessors with the original Shield tablets. I'm not sure if this lawsuit will go anywhere.
