Moved to other dealers. New mechanic's are trained to swop oil, and ask the computer what to replaced. Only an old ear can fix your problem.

How do you get hold of a factory rep?

Go to a Nissan workshop, tell them you want this person number or an appointment

Also maybe try get the Dealership to pay for the car to go through a thorough AA DEKRA Technical Inspection, see what they find.
