Nkandla Freeway Corruption Potentially Exposed...

Nice and neat compilation of the facts in the previous thread, DJ.

Whilst there is no real evidence that Human Settlements (or any other department, for that matter) transferred the R1.5bn to Korong, there is enough inconsistensies, question marks and red lights for the media and other bodies to sit up and take notice.

What should happen is for the media to publish the facts as you set them out and for them to approach government to comment on this and give an explanation/their side of the story.

NB: I would not be surprised if an attempt was made to amend the registered address of the CC at CIPC to cover things up.

As an aside, I find it baffling that they would go through all this effort to cover up the transfer of funds for the freeway project, yet for the building/upgrading of Nkandla, the R200M was more openly approved and spent.

Maybe there is an explanation that we have not yet heard.

Fortunately CIPC is wonderfully inefficient, so any urgent amendments they would want made will take a while ;).

All the evidence uncovered by DJ doesn't create a black/white situation - a fair chunk of it is theory and speculation until further notice. Unfortunately not all the required information is in the public domain, but what has been uncovered should at the very least send up some red flags for the public protector to pursue.

Unless of course you know someone on the inside who can fast-track the changes ;) I am sure govt has a few contacts there.

Suspect this is well under way, note here how Korong is referred to as a PTY Ltd and not a CC:

http://falasattorneys.co.za/references/

Our clients include but not limited to Korong Capital Partners (Pty) Ltd (“Korong”)

We are currently assisting Korong in its project relating to the construction of the high way in Kwazulu-Natal. We are further assisting Korong with its corporate restructuring and other commercial law related matters.

I approve of this message, i'm going to spam every SA political party with a link to this page

This is complete BS that OUR money is being stolen, to fund Zumaville. How is that man not in jail yet ? The only explanation is that he is above the law.

Good story except that the road in question does not even go through Nkandla which is about 30 kilometres away.
Is it not then propaganda that this road is referred to as Nkandla Freeway ? For example Midrand is roughly 30 km away from Pretoria CBD. There is a highway from Witbank passing through PTA to Rustenburg (N4). Would it make any sense for anyone to refer to the N4 as the Midrand Highway?

Cool, an ANC defender weighed in on this, Jungleboy, please do me a favour, I'm still waiting for 1 ANC supporter to answer my questions in a different thread, would you be so kind as to reply to the following:

I cannot understand how people can still defend the ANC today. Its not a big secret that I despise them with all my being, and for some reason, that always means that I'm a 'racist', That has always made me wonder why I'm a racist when I only have my own opinions about what is happening in our country. I'm not just a News24 reader, i try and read about 4-5 news sites about what is happening in the country, so that i can get a view from both sides of the South African news perspectives. But even the "ANC-pro" news sites are finding it hard to defend their actions.

Could an ANC supporter please explain to me, how this is OK ? How can you allow the leaders of your party to continue pillaging OUR money [yes, my money, your money, OUR MONEY !] all for the security of 'never again' being under 'white' rule ? Could you please answer the following questions, and let me understand how your thinking works:

1.) How do you justify Nkandla-'gate' ?
2.) How do you support their E-tolls, when they are stealing BILLIONS of rands from ordinary South Africans ?
3.) What is your opinion of Zuma and the 'spy-tapes' ?
4.) What will it require from the ANC to make you rethink your vote ?
5.) Were the ANC's response regarding the mining-crisis sufficient to you ? Do you think they did enough to handle the situation?
6.) Do you regard corruption a problem in the country ?
7.) Do you think the ANC is involved in tendrepreneurship ?
8. ) Do you believe a Billion rand for a 8 year term of presidency is a reasonable amount of money to spend on him?
9.) Why are we not allowed to challenge the status quo ?
10.) In your opinion, did only the ANC contribute to freeing the country ? Are you aware of FW de Klerk's role in the end of apartheid ?
11.) When another party has shown how they can improve the lives of South Africans for the better, will you support them ?
12. ) Do you believe that the ANC deserves 'unchallenged' loyalty ?
13. ) Zuma has now on different occasions said that Nkandla is funded by : Himself, His Family, A bond, A benefactor. Do you not find it suspicious that his story changes every week ?

I'm really hoping you will answer these question, please make me understand .

Fantastic reporting DJ.. Now for the big media outlets to take this on!

Forwarding your article to all friends/family.

Is it not the road that gives access to Nkandla ?

But the road will connect more than just Nkandla along the way. Along the route there are other towns such as Greytown, Kranskop, Qhudeni, Siluthana, Nquthu, Mondlo that will also have access to a paved road.

Realistically, it's so JZ can visit his comcombines ((c) ANCYL) without damaging the wheels on his Maybach after he is finished as supreme chief...

It's only there because of Nkandla...
