No 3G for the past two hours!

I have not had 3G for the past two hours.

I tried to contact 155, but, after choosing all the correct options, I ended up getting a "The number you have dialled does not exist" message!!!

WTF is up with that? :confused:

GPRS is lower than a dial-up modem! :mad:

Time to move mate:D I have had 3G since it was rolled out in CPT. I was on GPRS :mad:for a while when they stole my phone:eek: and had to use my fall back, but my SE M600i :D has been replaced and sweet is the Yellow Connection with 3G. :D

I live about 200m from the VC tower, so I always have the best signal ... until something like this happens! :(

The MTN signal is not nearly as strong.

Still on GPRS and still no luck with the VC data entre! :mad:

It has just been restored. Damn frustrating, especially if you cannot get any answers from the VC data centre!

3G started disappearing intermittently, yesterday. I also experienced way more than the usual disconnects. :rolleyes:

Today, I have been without 3G since around 12:00.

Reported to 155 and also sent VodacomData a PM with the reference number.

Damn, this is soooo frustrating!! :(

Quick question ,is 3G your only connection or do you have a fall back type system for your business.

I am in Sandton, and have been experiencing alot of disconnects on the 3G network today
 
3G has just been restored and it's back with a BANG!

Download Speed: 3540 kbps (442.5 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 1157 kbps (144.6 KB/sec transfer rate)

Not sure whether you kicked some butt, VCD, but thanks anyway! :D
 
Ops were busy at the site since 2009/10/14 01:24:24

Cards were replaced and according to tech all links restored and as per you as well Steinie
