I moved back to my home town for work and I had the mtn uncapped lite witch I did way back in february, it was working fine while I was in Pretoria I was getting fairly god speed and I didn’t even lag that much when I was playing online, so I got an offer to work in Rustenburg this month so I took the offer and I saw that I can only get EDGE her witch pissed me off, it even gives me 2 network bars while I’m connected, I called mtn to find out what was going on and after I got the run around of being transferred to one call centre after another I was finally transferred to their network division or whatever they are called and I was told MTN does not provide any speeds faster than EDGE in Rustenburg and they don’t have any plans to upgrade any time soon, and when I ask them what I should do he told me he doesn’t know and I should just deal with itI AM SERIOUSLY PISSED RIGHT NOW, I mean WTF MTN
I really need help here I haven’t received my 3gigs yet and I cant even connect properly to the internet, every other network has 3G in Rustenburg except for MTN, wtf is going on here
