No airtime recieved?

Hi

So last month I got myself a new phone on control chat 100.This was about in the middle of the month and I recieved R115 airtime, a 100 SMS bundle and life was good.

Now I am under the impression that I will receive my monthly recharge on the 1ste of each month, but it is the 3rde already and nothing.

Is something wrong, or am I wrong in assuming that my monthly recharge should come on the 1ste of each month?

You will get your recharge on the 15 of every month.

Just to confirm is that for all contracts? and can we change when we want our airtime received?
 
Well I got my contract through Altech so I deal with their support staff, but I do currently have a Speedstick and when I had a problem i logged a query and they called me back the next day. This was about 6 months ago so maby things got worse/better?
