No click DVD/Bluray ripper

As the title says, I am looking for an automatic ripper that will rip the disk without any user intervention.

AutoRip and Compress does it but only in Windows Media Centre.
 
how lazy must u be to not just 1 click dvd ripper? ;) is it really that much effort? ;)
 
hahaha

I want to be able to put it in a room on it's own and let it do it's own thing. Basically I don't want to have a mouse, keyboard and monitor connected. The OS will be Home Server.
