No connection for weeks Rain

I have had rain connection problems for nearly 7 weeks now. I have made several attempts to call email Facebook message Rain but on 90% of my attempts I had no answer and on the 3 calls that was answered I was told on the one my account was disconnected for an unknown reason this was 9 days ago and I never heard anything again. The second agent that I got hold of said it was because I am connecting to a tower in Frankfort although I am in Bela bela and I never heard anything again. The third agent said he would investigate and I never heard anything. I have sent 15 emails made 8 phone calls send 4 Facebook messages logged 3 formal complaints on the system and now I created myself on this forum to see if I can get a proper response. This is ridiculous!
