No connection - Rain

I activated my rain sim card about a month ago with no peak limit and it worked just fine .

So all of a sudden this month I can't connect to any social media . What could be the problem. Should I set a peak limit or what could be the cause. Can I get assistance

Also having the same problem. When I try to connect it says you are offline. Tried sending emails to rain support but nobody responds.
