I was charged an additional R256 + vat for Rain unlimited off peak this month, 1st June.
I signed up for this many years ago and cancelled it. I only have the 60mb Rain 101 service which should be only R825. The statement shows this plus the additional off peak charge!
Why this sudden re-activation?
A Google search indicates that this product is not even available anymore!
Any response from the Rain representative??
