No connection

When I try to Connect , I get a message saying: the connection attemt failed.
I have full signal, can send and receive SMS. It is a zte mf190 modem. Tried Cell c support, but they are useless.
Can somebody help me?

I'm having the same issue with my swoosh sim in my iPad. Shows signal but can't connect at home (Cape Town southern subs) or work (Cape Town Pinelands). Did not bother to call Cell C support ... they are useless!
 
yep also had an issue with cell c this morning when trying to connect via my cell, worked fine before..
 
Sorted? PE here also on zte mf 190 and cannot connect, good signal.
 
Not yet working, why is cellc so useless? Wanted to port my other 2 contracts from mtn to cellc, but now I will stay with mtn.
 
Post here PPP section of the response to ipconfig /all command.
 
Still the same problems, phoned cell-c again, and this idiot on the other side say I must change the autoplay settings in control panel. WTF?

Is there a way to terminate this contract because of no service? Tomorrow it will be a week of no service. ( the contract is about 4 months old)
