No data connectivity while on a call

Hi Guys, so I'm on Telkom mobile and for some reason while I'm on a call my phone has no data connectivity. When I was on MTN and on a call my phone would switch to 3G and still have a data connection but on Telkom it does not.

Does anyone know why this might happen?

My Vodacom has always worked like that, even with this dual SIM phone.

Still using the same device as on MTN?

Yeah, same device. It's an iPhone. Also, my VoLTE isn't working either. Phone always switches to 3G when a call comes in.

Sadly there's no fix for this we all have to suffer through this issue.

Very weird. It used to work just fine - but oh well.
