No data throughput in Meredale (JHB)

I started having issues with data throughput over the weekend, and it seems the issue is getting worse. Before I could game online with no issues, anything from insurgency to dota would play with a perfect low and stable ping, but from around Friday things changed. My signal strength is the same as always, but I cannot even open webpages now. Just wanted to know if others are having the same problem?

Blame load shedding.. This was covered last week if not mistaken in an article. Same thing is happening with CELL C.
