Had the exact same problem - try find contacts - they said July to me and I hassled them until they helped me - got it done 1 week later - granted I phoned them everyday and became a general annoyance

Just a heads up, my internet line is up and running in a matter of 2 weeks (includes migration to afrihost and line upgrade) thanks to this thread. Don't take crap from Telkom, especially in cases like these. Couldn't believe how helpful ICASA was.
