No e-toll registration website problems says Sanral

Financial transaction problems.I paid R500.00 into my E Toll account yesterday.I have proof of the transaction.My account is still not credited with the payment.They are not getting a cent out of me until they fix it.

They are not getting a crapload of rands and a few cents out of me until they fix it.

On the subject of cents, I suspect SANRAL is always going to round up to the nearest multiple of 5c or even round up to the nearest R1.00 like the CoJ does, and will never round down (call it an educated guess based on the slimy bastards from SANRAL that are paid to tell lies every day).
 
Developers of this website should all be fired. Markup is invalid and a ton of security issues all over the place. Will just be a matter of time until something catastrophic happens with Sanral's customer data and billing system (running PHP on a Windows environment with very predictable configuration does not help them either).

Can attest to that - opened our timesheet system (windows and php) to the www.

Suffice to say that it was a noob hacker who caused the system to crash due to a misconfigured ini file somewhere.... :rolleyes:

Luckily no damage caused, but lesson learnt.
 
Site is down on MTN 3G, but works with Vodacom 3G. There is no way I'm fiddling with settings to make it work.
