No info on DSTV menu

Hi All,

I have been experiencing this problem from the time i enabled DSTV. When i scroll through the channels,i don't pick up the channel information.It sometimes only appears after 30 seconds ,sometimes more.This happens every time i scroll and is very frustrating.i called DSTV and they say that my signal is poor.I have checked and im getting 80% and the pic quality is great.I have reset my decoder but nothing.

Any advise?

Happens to me sometimes and I have 96%-100% signal quality/strength so cant be because the signal is bad so must be a problem on their side.
 
Didn't you get the memo? MonoChoice are now charging people R1 for info. All you need to do is SMS* "INFO" to dstv and your info will be displayed on screen. Best of all they will automatically add it to your next month's bill, so you don't have to worry about payments.
