We have had no Internet connection from Rain /Afrihost for almost 2 days. On complaining we get told we are working on the problem. Absolutely useless.

Would you rather have them tell you they not working on it?

Hey guys, sorry for the delayed response, there is an issue on the Rain network currently affecting users, their technicians are working on this to re-establish the connection as quickly as possible. Unfortunately as of now, this has still not been resolved. We do hope connections will be back online soon. I am really sorry about the downtime :cautious:
