No luck with Afrihost Call Centre

Just spent over half an hour on the line listening to Afrihost's cr@ppy hold music, only to put down the phone due to my left arm becoming increasingly uncomfortable holding the phone.

My AH account is running terribly today down in CT CBD. Getting between 1-2Mbps on AH, whereas my WA account is cruising at over 9Mbps.

What gives?

Probably should have read the date of my OP before replying. 6 days ago. My response yesterday was a tongue-in-cheek follow-up due to their lack of follow-up.
