Been so fun teaching my niece how to play NMS, going to see if she's keen to try the expedition now she has the basics sorted.

Ok what a let down that was. Days of building (Well waiting in my case) for a single fight that took like seconds and no answer

Anyway at least I got a cool weapon and some armor out of it. Back to my normal game all my settlements where under attack and thought I neglected them

Many gamers, many sales. New gamers all the time. A bit of grit to keep it working.

I was pissed at Hello Games (and Sony) at the launch of the game, but they've proven this philosophy, and their class, over and over again since then. Something you can only do over time anyway.
