Kindly assist as I have had no network for 3 days now and when I teied using the router sim in my phone it was blocked, now no one wants to assist me in unblocking my sim that has been put back into the router and I am continuously being told that the matter is been escalated to the tech support but still I have no network or any help from online support or the call centre.
What am I paying for???
