I haven't had internet connection today since 5 a.m in Halfway Gardens, Midrand and since we're working from home I depend entirely on this. I've rebooted, factory reset my device multiple times and still nothing. I even tried changing the antenna settings. One can't be paying so much for such services. @rain_mobile could you please assist.

September has been a bad month for rain, started the month with slow speed, ending it with no internet.

At this rate one will end up moving to either MTN/Vodacom as soon as they have better 5G coverage around GP.
MTN and Vodacom
Vodacom only goes up to 300GB
MTN is 200 day time and 200 night time after that they limit your speed to 1mbs(even after they advertise it has unlimited)
But i have seen screenshots of mtn speed(it's amazing)
My problem with mtn and Vodacom is there is no true unlimited
