Rain 5g not connecting

Hi there,

I have had a Rain 5g router for over a year now and it’s been working fine. Earlier today the internet suddenly disconnected. I have restarted a few times, to no avail. All the lights on the router are white, as usual, so there should be no connection issues. The app says ‘Device is currently offline’ and I can’t connect to the internet. Can someone please help to fix this? I have no idea what to do.
