wow there seems to be many evox reps here.
Here is the truth from the bull, Every product claims to be the best in everything they do, lets face it, product A claims to build lean muscle mass with huge strength gains, and product B claims huge strength gains and muscle mass.
i have tried USN, evox, muscle science etc during many years, and i have found that i personally excel on usn. my body did not agree with evox, and i didnt like muscle science. the same how i find that i do not feel any difference while on any form of creatine, but i load up on the L-Glutamine and i'm a machine in the sweatshop. it all boils down to how u train, what ur body can handle. so try out a few sup's and see what happens, but before u even think about anything, get urself a basic protein shake for after training, and rather concerntrate more on the training and getting your diet 100%. supplements are exactly what they are, supplements, but if your diet are junior cheese burgers, then the supplements will be a waste.
Focus on form, rather than how heavy the weights are, rather do 10 good reps than 100 shoddy reps, and focus on consistancy. drink loads of water. its the best fat burner ever designed. eat lean proteins, as the day goes on cut out carbs. ie have most of ur carbs in the morning going to a no carb dinner.
and another thing. don't spend 3 hours in the gym thinking that doing extra is going to make any difference, it can actually prevent u for going back. spend 45 mins - 1 hour, and do your thing and do it hard. everyone in the gym has thier own little pieces of advice, same like i do i guess

, take what they say and read up on it and you will soon learn who to take advice from and who is the bullshyte bob.
i feel that if ur wanting a good cardio work out, stick to the things that move many muscles at once, ie the rowing machine, i think someone mentioned an orbitrek as well. running etc.
anyways thats enough banter from me, Good Luck on your mission
