(No) Rain in Parow, CPT

Is anyone else in the Parow, Cape Town area noticing a complete shutdown of the Rain network in the evenings?

I'm on Rain via Afrihost and super early morning (+- 04:00-05:00) I get anywhere between 20-35Mbps download, but in the evenings I barely make 2-3Mbps.

Sometimes webpages don't even load properly, or time out, and trying to download anything is a nightmare.

Any ideas on things to try? Already rebooted the router a zillion times, moved it around in the house, connected to the router via ethernet and even tried different devices (PC, MAC, iPad, iPhone, Galaxy S8).

Using a Huawei B315.

Never tested that early when I had it, I sleep that time lol

During the day I got insane speeds in Parow ,nearly 100mps!

Thats insane. Wish I got those speeds.

I'm in Parow North and at most I get 35-ish Mbps, early in the morning. At night it's a f-up.

Don't really know what else to try right now.
