Same thing happened to me.

I sent a ticket and then they asked for a selfie with you holding your ID and a written note which I sent them. After that they removed 2FA.

You can’t do anything if 2FA is still activated on your account tho with no way of getting the code. Once logged in it is super simple to withdraw in ZAR.

You can click forgot password. Advanced remove 2fa.

You have to answer a few questions and 2 days later they remove 2fa

altcointrader allows withdrawal in ZAR
