No Service = Refund

I want a refund for the days my internet has not worked!!

This would be 2 days now!

Lets all stand together on this why pay for a service we not getting - I pay upfront & want money back for the days this service does not work!!
 
Suggest it to the Neotel rep, personally, I think they (Neotel) will just laugh at us... and btw, it's not 2 days, it's 3, going on 4!

I had problems from Friday 11pm.
 
I think the entire mess started on Friday evening. So that would be three as of today. 3 Days of 30 would equal an 10% discount.
 
This problem has occurred on Thursday for me. I have lodged a support ticket and no technical technician has came back to me and I just heard they want to swop/swap out my current device. I am getting frustrated here!! And no public statement has been made to let clients to know they are experiencing a problem.
