No texting while driving please

Texting, emailing or chatting on a cellphone while driving are simply too dangerous to be allowed, federal safety investigators declared Tuesday, urging all states to impose total bans except for emergencies.

I'm guessing this article was written from a US perspective (unless we're talking about Nigeria's states)? :P

Would be good to change the title "No texting while driving in America" or something?

I can tell a driver who is on their phone or texting a mile off. Distracted, slow to a point of danger, completely unpredictable. I would support this.

i would have thought that this was already considered reckless driving and would be covered by existing laws.
