No Water Needed for a Bath

how is this any different from any of the other evaporative hand cleaning gels on the market at the moment?

sorry but but the whole point of a bath/shower is to wash the dirt off and not to rub it in.

The product differs from the anti-bacterial hand washes by eliminating the heavy alcohol smell. It creates an odourless, biodegradable cleansing film with moisturisers.

not all of them smell.

Its hand sanitizer with out the alcohol smell - how does this guy get an innovator award for that??

I have a hand sanitizer that smells just lovely - no alcohol smell.

a friend too lazy to take a shower

Same reason why cologne was originally invented. Lazy people FTW! :D

This rubbing compound might be a godsent for the guy who doesn't wash his balls according to his dad, but since I shower 90% of the time bathing for me is less about getting clean than about pampering myself & relaxing tired muscles. So while a useful product, doubt something out of a bottle can give you that benefit.

Perhaps mothers of the future will demand their potty-mouth offspring go wash out their mouths with dry-bath!

I saw something about this on Carte Blanche, the dude did all his research on a cellphone, bloody well done I say

DryBath™ is the world’s first germicidal Bath-substituting™ skin lotion/gel.
It is a proprietary blend of a biocide, bioflavonoids and moisturisers.
It is easy to use and needs minimal water for use.
Just apply DryBath™ to your skin and you’re done! You no longer need a bath!
It moisturises the skin, kills germs, and leaves the user smelling fresh.
DryBath™ was made to save the lives of the over 2 million destitute people who
suffer and often die from easily treatable diseases like trachoma, diarrhoea, etc.
DryBath™ provides its customers with an alternative, because they often do not
have access to enough water to maintain a healthy personal hygiene level.

DryBath™ is an innovation, because it tackles the hygiene & water consumption problems in a manner that has never been used before. It provides a waterless hygiene solution to the poor. It provides a bathing-alternative to more affluent households, and saves a global average of 120 litres of water every time they decide to use DryBath™ to skip a bath. It provides corporate clients like airlines (long distance flights), mining companies, and hotel groups with a hygiene solution that they can provide to their clients & employees cheaply and conveniently.

IMO people not able to afford running water in the first place won't have the money to spend on an alternative product like this.
