Noise on calls

Recently my phone started making this weird noises while on a call. Almost like a fax machine noise. It is just random. Will start the call normally and then during the once or twice for 5-10s this noise happens. Seems like the other people on the call can hear it too.
Will that be a phone problem or maybe a sim or network problem?

And I am not 100% sure, but I think it only happens on normal calls, not whatsapp calls
