Thanks mate. I contacted Nokia and they say it's not carrier depended to get updated but google. I don't know I if it's true. Anyone else?

Are you sure you are posting on the right thread ? Nokia 5 was launched with Nougat so you can't be on Lollipop.

No, it doesn't but you actually get used to it

Yes, but it's disabled , only the Chinese version is enabled
