I have an Autopage contract through Vodacom that I would like to cancel. The 2 year contract already expired in May 2012 but I am carrying on on a month to month basis. The problem is that I have R700 airtime left. I have already reduced the package to top up 75.
I got the idea of maybe using my phone as a modem and download a data bundle and in that way get rid of the airtime. Currently using 8ta for internet connection on pay as you go. The Vodacom connection in my area is not fantastic as I am on the 3G border.
My concern is if I would get calls on my cellphone while I am using the Nokia 5230 as the modem. Can anybody please help or give advice.
