Nokia 6300 modem not detected!

I tried installing nokia pc suite but having problems.Please help,need to use up 250 megs by Friday.

Oops sorry!Using a usb cable and Nokia Pc Suite.OS is windows xp.Help plz,my husband has no clue what's wrong either,so I really dont know what to do now.
