It just went in yesterday. Would have been the day before but the **** who dealt with it was too lazy to look up the details on the system.

Had another guy yesterday and had no issues.

Not sharp is an understatement. Got a phone call yesterday to say phone is ready for collection.

Pick it up. Phone is doing the same thing. All the tech idiots did was a software upgrade :wtf:
Like that wasn't the first thing we did when we got the phone or again after first the factory reset when it started giving issues.
You would have thought even if that's all they did they would have at least tested the phone first before sending it back. Useless ****es.

SO is seeing the manager this arvie so not sure what sorry excuse she will come up with.

Yeah this is bullschit tbh.

Work upgrade is coming up shortly and I'm trying to figure out if it's worth chancing another 7plus or sirocco. I really enjoyed Android One without all the bloatware.

I have it its awesome - battery life is the best i have had it lasts a very long time even with major usage.
The only downside is its not on the Android Beta program so not on Android P yet

Just some feedback.

Vodacom Tech division in Durban sucks! And so does their service.

Phone has been sent to Johannesburg for a second opinion because they couldn't find anything wrong after extensive testing. But the bastids only sent it this morning after I started querying wtf was my phone.

They couldn't answer why the Manager at Customer Care agreed the phone was still faulty after their first pathetic repair effort either.
