Nokia 808 PureView and CellC contract.

Any idea where can I get the 808 from Nokia on a CellC contract? This cell is still the best camera cell by far and things are not going to change for a while.
 
I bought one from http://www.igear.co.za/c200/Nokia.aspx

I use it on a Cell C Straight Up TopUp contract with 'Bring your own device' option. Note that you need a micro SIM. I cut my SIM card with a SIM cutter bought from eBay.

I also needed an adapter plug for the charger.

Have you tried to contact CELL C direct to see they've any stock(collecting dust) also check with CELL C stores.. Did CELL C at some stage sell this phone on contract.

Also if you want to buy it outright look at Edgars/CNA/Incredible Connection

I wanted one from Vodacom, and they said it's been discontinued? This was December last year :confused:
 
Hopefully CELL C can make a plan and re-stock a few to see if their is demand. Already 2 potential clients CELL C can have :) make a plan - even if you've to source from other stores

Our product team has just confirmed that we won't be sourcing this handset.
