I know this is the wrong place for this thread, but it involves cellphones. Does anybody know when nokia will rollout their G.P.S. in South African. It has been advertised but once again if you want info you must go to a forum, "THE SHOPS" dont know.:p

Good day,

I believe that the Nokia N95 will be coming out standard with the SA G.P.S. maps built in..........

MTNDD

Also have a look at h++p://www.pxdxa.com for route66 software;)

Personal experience I would say for IPAQ and GPS, Handymap is the best sw. Have a look at www.handymap.co.za. Updated twice a year and updates are free. You get the PC and PPC version together.:D

PS. I don't have any affiliation with Handymap SW.

Thanks for the input but i am a symbian man.
Heh, between ol' Vodadeal not (bothering to) :p explain nicely and your disinclination to follow up on what you perceive as something you don't want, you're entirely missing the fact of the Symbian (series 2 AND 3) software ..scroll to the bottom of that page to see the array of supported phones.
