Nokia Lumia 720 prices unveiled

Nokia can release a gazillion of these X20 handsets, cos the hardware is very good.

But the software, Windows Phone, is not up to scratch. Fix that & they will come.

*The pricing is way too high. If Vodacom sells one unit, I would be surprised.
 
Prices here for lumia phones are highly inflated, nokia needs a running winner, but price keeps everyone at bay of their phones.:cry:

Although, I really really want an android nokia phone with removable battery and sd card.
 
Vodacom is getting very expensive these days.

I have a Lumia 620, I like teh windows 8 interface, it has a good repsonse time in the cell phone eviroment. I had an andriod phone before, but I got tired of the buggy Andriod.
 
MTN charge on Anytime 100 package R249. Bit cheaper than Vodacom.

Autopage already have it, so I assume the other cellular providers also already have it because they usually have the devices before Autopage.

They (Autopage) have the Lumia 520 at R152/mth on top up R100 (i.e. with R100 of airtime per month), excluding sim/clip (about R15 extra).

For me Vodacom's pricing doesn't make sense.

920 - R449/mth
820 - R369/mth
720 - R349/mth
620 - R229/mth

I'd have thought the 720 would be like mid-high R200s (R249 - R289/mth).

R349/mth is ridiculous.
 
Why are people even interested in vodacom anymore with cellc around? As soon as my contract is up i am shifting to cellc rather.

99c a minute is far less than vodacom, when your minutes run out they charge as much as 1.72 a minute depending on network.

I suggest you migrate to cellC as is your intention and then "C" for yourself why more people are not jumping on CELLC as a cellphone network.

Price is not everything...

Hi ... I just got a 720. Is it any good? I haven't opened it yet as I am using a iPhone 5 ....
