I am pretty sure that my N70 is not using 3G to connect, but rather GPRS. Is there a way that I can force it to always choose 3G?

Also, I have been unable to make a video call, and my vodashop can't help. they have checked, and say everything is fine. I am with VodacomSP.

You should see a 3G icon on a 3G capable handset when it is connected via the 3G network.

Most 2G/3G phones gives some option to select the network in the menus. Symbian phones can also use a third-party app like Netmonitor to force the connection.

Call 155 for you video call problem, they must resolve it.
