nokia N8x, no gateway reply

i can't seem to get his working at all with my wifi and router.

have done the following

no power savings
manual and auto ip/dns settings
dns proxy
delete redo
on off phone
wep/wpa/wpa2
dchp asigned ip
fixed ip

-strangely, the very first time i tried wifi with router it worked once, surfed google and then something went wrong

well. seems to work and not work, guess when it says 196.xxx.xxx.xxx and telkom isp its not 3G vodacom from a ip lookup and trace site
