Nevermind, got it to work, now just to get the wifi to work!!!

Is this a mmc version or can it be flashed directly to the phone?

I assume you are referring to the MeeGo?
Check the FAQ: it can be installed to the eMMC (internal memory) but they don't recommend it, rather install on a Class 6 or higher SD card. I have a Class 4 4GB SD card and applications do take a while to open up.
 
Have you tried ntdroid? I tried it a while back but half the things didn't work.. Like the phone, camera, etc?

No, I haven't tried it, can't see the point in downgrading from Maemo to Android. :p
I'm keen to see how well Alien Dalvik works though.

There's now a lot of NITDroid information and instructions for an easy eMMC installer on the Maemo Wiki.
