Nokia N95 @ Vodacom??

Procall 120 is R309 per month and you get the N95 for R999.

What can be better than that?

I would soooo go for that right now, just that im locked into a TelkomInternet... um, I mean Vodacom contract for another 4 months..

Funny how Telkom automatically came into my thoughts when I wrote the word locked into.... and thoughts of displeasure.

You know iv waited and read and dreamed about the n95 so much i think its going to bore me as soon as i get it! and i wouldn't know what to do with it when get it...

No It was not. I got the N80 for R500 once off and R159 per month on my call100 in August of last year. One of the first to get it.

Its cheaper than the N80 was at release! It people like you (Not a bad thing) that made the phone seem more expensive.

Yo Piesang! wheres that to-do list for people to follow when people get an N95 so as to avoid any potential problems like eating of credit, etc :)

Wonder if Vodacom kept the VOIP functionality on their Vodafone branded N95's...

Lotsa UK chaps having problems with that one, but they say the International phones should be OK

My N95 arrived this morning from the Vodacom store so it would appear that for VSP upgrades there is stock floating around. Of course it is or sould I say was VLIVE branded but for the short while after I unpacked with the Voda firmware I did not see MO. Reflashed the handset with EURO1 firmware (V 11.0.026) and now its generic no VLIVE only the silk screen Vodafone legend remains. Seems to work as expected, have not played with the GPS yet. Using it at the moment to post this message.

@ vodadeal......are the vodacom N95's branded with vodafone cr@p

Any N95 sourced by or through Vodacom will be Vodafone branded with VLIVE firmware, don't even kid yourself that you might just get lucky with a generic handset, it ain't gonna happen!!
