Northriding Tower (Bahai Centre)

Is this tower operational? According to the iBurst site it went active yesterday, but they obviously never informed my modem as I am still not recieving any signal.

I stay not even a kilometer away from the tower so I was expecting the signal to be strong. Anybody else experiencing the same problem?
