Northriding unmarked tower : MTN?

This will be 100m from my new place and I drove over to see if there was a sign to identify it - but there isn't.

Its opposite Olivedale Clinic in the little center shopping complex there.

Is it MTN?

Difficult to identify via Street View (maybe not updated!). I see there are transmitters on the SuperSpar roof?

At that All Saints car wash its one of those Palm tree towers ... I did check on Google Maps and it wasn't there.

Perhaps newly erected?

If its MTN, I'm signing MTN in 2 months
