I bought 2 daily data bundles on Saturday, the 8th of November, at about 23:10 in the evening.
I was unable to use the data bundles due to the slow throughput on the Cell C tower in the area (Kleinmond). I downloaded from 2 different sources, and the throughput just became non-responsive. Obviously I lost the data at midnight. This is a common problem in Kleinmond even when the data connection on my device displays "H". Cell C made numerous promises of upgrading the tower due to it being over congested - without doing just that. My device works perfectly in Cape Town cbd where I reside during the week.
I am up in arms with Cell C. When are you upgrading the tower in Kleinmond and the ones in the vicinity?
What happens with my unused data bundle? Cell C prevented me from using it.
