Not black enough for Eskom

Only they worried about colour and policies. So much more important stuff and they worry about craaaaaaaaaap.

soo..... if there simply aren't enough black owned companies that can supply the materials needed, they just go without it, and wait until such black owners come forward and decide to build said coal supply companies? Its not like there is a serious demand, and serious need to get the F electricity supply fixed.
or, ... the existing companies can just put a token black ouk up at management, and all is well? I bet those token black bosses feel real accomplished, and proud of their achievements?
how can anybody believe this is the way to uplift and empower the people?

as they say, the truth can be stranger than fiction!
