I have stuff on Steam I want to grab. I am just going to setup steam (via Firewall rules) to download from WebAfrica (local) as per usual and grab it.

I want to make use of my 20GB local. They not gonna come back and give me bull**** about overusing blended right?

I think what happens is that they have x amount of bandwidth to use, and sometimes they figure why waste it...
